2009, December 14 Epoching was implemented. The function "epoching.m" can be used to compute optimal epochs atking into account border effects of wavelet trandform and bump modeling. THe function "demo_epoch" shows how to use this function. 2009, August 12 - The function display_bump was improved to display a properly labelled time axis and a properly labelled frequency axis. - the functions sparse_count and sparse_power were added to the toolbox, who respectively count the number of bumps in a given frequency range, and compute the power of the bump model in a given frequency range. 2009, August 05 Updated the toolbox FAQ 2009, February 2 - implementation of labels on the time-frequency axis plots in the stand-alone C++ software. - correction of a bug in the signals_to_wavelet script (not critical, but without this fix the previous versions of the toolbox might crash Matlab sometimes). - scripts were added allowing the computation of half ellipsoid functions, and the automatic extraction of the bump parameters from a model for analysis (get_bump.m). 2008, December 11 - correction of three importation bugs in the bdc file matlab script (load_decompfile): the model.windows values were not properly exchanged. 2008, November 23 - implementation of a more clean representation, where the bump parameters and the adaptation parameters are both returned after modeling. This avoid the need for re-computing the window parameters in the display scripts (display_bumps.m), and will allow a more flexible system for analysis. 2008, October 31 - implementation of prune_model.m from old Matlab files - implementation of display_bumps.m from old Matlab files - sofware version 1.0 is ready. 2008, October 10 - corrected a typo in the stand-alone C++ software (title in a sub-menu). 2008, October 02 - update of the website. - stand-alone butif.exe application interface is proofed, and ready. - sofware version 1.0 is almost ready. 2008, October 01 - website creation, five sections (Home, FAQ, Download, Discussion group, Contact us). The website is online, only the application is missing. - BBS started as google group (http://groups.google.com/group/bumpsupport) BBS is online and available, but not yet active. - sofware version 0.9a is almost ready.
